Professional equality index women-men

The 2018 "professional future" law introduced measures to combat pay inequalities between women and men. For companies, this translates into the calculation of a Women - Men Professional Equality index.

In the form of a score out of 100, this index is made up of five indicators.

For the year 2024, NETEXIAL achieves the maximum score on three of the five criteria and an overall score of 88 out of 100. This breaks down as follows:

  • Compensation gaps: 38 points (out of a maximum of 40)
  • Gaps in individual raises: 20 points (maximum score)
  • Gaps in promotion rates: 15 points (maximum score)
  • Percentage of female employees given a raise on their return from maternity leave: 15 points (maximum score)
  • Distribution of the ten highest-paid employees: no points

The workforce taken into account for the index is 1,878 employees.

Mixity in executive positions

In order to accelerate women's participation in economic and professional life, the "Rixain" law of December 24, 2021 includes several measures aimed at greater equality between women and men in companies. With this in mind, its article 14 introduces an obligation for balanced representation between women and men in the executive positions of large companies.
